Fans should stop expecting much from BBN housemates— Onyeka
Onyeka Chigbo, the second runner-up in the recently concluded Big Brother Naija: No Loose Guard season, opened up about her close relationship with her elder sister, Chizoba who was also her partner on the show.
In an interview, she clarified misconceptions about the dynamics of their relationship. “I’m not bossy with my sister. Fans often have unrealistic expectations of housemates. In reality, no one greets their siblings every morning; we have a friendly relationship,” she stated.
Reflecting on her journey in the BBN house from one of the least voted housemates in the first week to a top contender, Onyeka expressed her desire to inspire young girls who may be going through self doubt.

She also stated that even though she did not emerge as the ultimate winner of the prize money, she is happy with how far she was able to make it in the show stating, “Even though I didn’t win the cash prize, I had my own fair share of wins. Making it to the finals alone qualifies one as a winner.”
Talking about her game strategy, Onyeka stated that it was all about authenticity for her. She said, “My strategy was being real. I did not hold back my emotions at any point in the show.”
