David Beckham’s Inter Miami are considering making an offer to Kevin De Bruyne, raising the possibility of a superstar link-up with Lionel Messi.
De Bruyne announced last week that he is leaving Manchester City at the end of the season on a free.
Now Inter Miami are exploring the possibility of signing him, though Angel Di Maria has also emerged as a potential target and the MLS side cannot land both.
Inter Miami already have the maximum of three designated players — Messi, Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba — outside of the league’s wage cap.
But a transfer window in July, ahead of the second half of the MLS season, could offer room for manoeuvre.
