BREAKING: Tinubu back in Nigeria after staying in Europe for19 days

President Bola Tinubu has returned to Nigeria after a series of private visits to France and the United Kingdom, that lasted for 19 days.

Tinubu arrived at the presidential wing of the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja on Monday night, where he was welcomed by members of his cabinet, comprising Nyesom Wike, minister of the federal capital territory (FCT), Nuhu Ribadu, the national security adviser (NSA), Femi Gbajabiamila, his chief of staff (CoS), among others.

The president’s travels,, have ignited speculations about the nature of his engagements abroad.

On April 2, Tinubu departed Abuja for Paris, the French capital, for a two-week “working visit”.

Media aide to the president, Bayo Onanuga, stated that during the “short working visit,” Tinubu would review his administration’s achievements so far.

The president was out of the country for 19 days.
