Soso Soberekon, a Nigerian music executive, has lost a $10,000 bet with musician Zlatan Ibile after Spain defeated England in the UEFA Euro 2024 final on Sunday night.
In a video uploaded on the singer’s Instagram, Soberekon and Zlatan were seen wagering $10,000 apiece on England and Spain.
But it was Zlatan who won the bet as Spain overcame England 2-1 to win a record fourth UEFA European Championship.

Nico Williams put Spain ahead two minutes into the second half.
England’s substitute Cole Palmer leveled in the 73rd minute, but Spain’s Mikel Oyarzabal scored in the 86th minute to secure a well-deserved win.
Following the game’s conclusion, Soso Soberekon shared a sobbing emoji on his Instagram story.
