Flying Eagles manager, Ladan Bosso, has warned Senegal to get ready for war, when both teams clash in the Under-20 AFCON opener later this month in Egypt.
The Flying Eagles will kick off their U-2- AFCON campaign on February 19 night against the Junior Teranga Lions.
Senegal made history in Algeria at the weekend when they won the CHAN with eight of their stars also eligible to participate at the U-20 AFCON.
Senegal have in the last one year won the AFCON, the African Beach Soccer Championship and the CHAN.
But coach Bosso said rushing the players from the CHAN to the U-20 AFCON could be counter-productive for the Senegalese side..
“The players need to be fresh from one competition to the other”, said Bosso
