Suspected bandits have attacked Kasuwar-Daji community in Kaura Namoda Local Government Area of Zamfara State, killing two security personnel and abducting dozens of residents in a fresh wave of violence that has heightened security concerns in the state. The attack reportedly occurred in the early hours of Saturday, forcing many villagers to flee their homes as gunmen overran the area.
