I don’t regret my actions in Biggie’s House – Handi Danbaki

Unsurprisingly, Handi’s support is solidly behind her twin sister, Wanni. “My sister Wanni all the way.

The 9th season of Big Brother Naija, themed “No Loose Guard,” kicked off with an unexpected twist, pairing housemates together to stir more excitement.

Among the standout duos were the inseparable twin sisters, best friends, and disc jockeys—Wanni X Handi. They quickly became fan favourites, serving a delightful blend of entertainment and “double trouble” to their fellow housemates.

However, the dynamic duo was split when Handi, the younger of the twin sisters, was evicted during the previous Sunday’s live eviction show.

With her exit from Biggie’s house, Handi Danbaki sat down with Saturday Sun to reflect on her journey, sharing her thoughts on the experience, her sister’s chances of winning, and what the future holds for their brand.

When asked if she had any regrets about her time in the house, she said: “I don’t regret anything in the house. I played the game to the best of my ability. I went in as myself, without any strategy at all, and I’m happy with how everything turned out. We just got in there to have fun and enjoy ourselves, and that’s exactly what we did.”

Unsurprisingly, Handi’s support is solidly behind her twin sister, Wanni. “My sister Wanni all the way. She’s going to win the money,” she stated confidently.

Handi is excited about the future of their joint brand, Wanni X Handi, as they continue to evolve in the entertainment industry. “We’ll go back to our DJ work—performing at shows, going on tours, and running our shows by the end of the year. We’re hoping for bigger opportunities as DJs.”

Living with 28 people under one roof was the toughest part of the Big Brother experience for Handi. “I always like being in my own space, so living with a lot of people was difficult, but eventually, I got used to it. I made friends and learned from them too.”

She also mentioned the strict routine, alarms, and punishments as challenging aspects of the show’s structure.

Despite her love for the Big Brother Naija experience, Handi made it clear that she wouldn’t go back if given the chance. “No, I don’t think so. I’d rather focus on work,” she said.
