Afrobeats superstar Davido has revealed that he spends more than $200,000 a month on himself, excluding expenses for his wife, children, jewellery, cars, and other household costs.
Speaking during a livestream with Davrel, the singer explained that his monthly spending varies depending on his location. According to him, he spends less in the United States because he leads a quieter lifestyle with his wife and children.
However, he said his expenses increase significantly whenever he is elsewhere due to his busy lifestyle and daily activities.
“It depends on my location. I spend less in Yankee because I live with just me, my wife, and my kids, but when I’m around, it’s a lot more. Normally, 500, 200, 300K, minus buying jewellery, buying a car… minus my wife and my household,” he said.
