Stella Uju, a real estate consultant from Imo State and founder of Stella Paradise Homes, has shared her inspiring story of success in the competitive real estate industry.
Stella’s journey into real estate began in January 2023, and she has since recorded impressive sales, including five houses in 2023 and four luxurious properties in 2024, with the highest sale value at 100 million naira. Her business, Stella Paradise Homes, offers consulting, investment advisory, and brokerage services.
“My journey in real estate has been rewarding, but my past taught me resilience,” Stella Uju said in an exclusive interview on Tmy Podcast, directed by Nna Paul Zaccheaus.
As a real estate consultant, Stella connects developers with clients, navigating challenges to ensure successful transactions. She advises aspiring investors to be confident and work with reliable legal and real estate agents. “Be persistent and cautious; don’t rush into any deal without proper documentation,” Stella warned.
However, Stella’s success story is not without its challenges. She reflected on her past relationship with Nigerian music sensation Burna Boy, which ended in 2016. Stella revealed she was pregnant with his child but suffered a miscarriage after an attack, causing her emotional trauma.
Despite the painful experience, Stella has chosen to forgive and move forward. “I wish Burna Boy well in his career, and I’m grateful for my support system,” she said. Stella’s resilience has paid off, as she celebrates her achievements in real estate and personal growth.
Stella’s story serves as an inspiration to entrepreneurs and individuals facing challenges. Her commitment to her business and determination to overcome adversity demonstrate her strength and resilience.
Stella’s journey is a testament to the power of perseverance and forgiveness. As she continues to thrive in the real estate industry, her story will undoubtedly inspire others to pursue their passions, despite life’s challenges.
