A recent working visit by Colonel Major Idrissa Chaibou, Director General of ARCEP (Autorité de Régulation des Communications Électroniques et de la Poste), underscored the government’s interest in the private transport sector’s contribution to national development. Accompanied by his team, Colonel Chaibou assessed Salim Transport’s courier and parcel delivery operations, engaged with staff, and reviewed on-ground procedures.
Following the inspection, the ARCEP delegation expressed satisfaction with the company’s operational standards, applauding its professionalism, well-structured service delivery, and ongoing efforts to enhance customer experience.
