Uriel: Why I wish Tuesday is public holiday for Davido-Chioma’s wedding
Former Big Brother Naija’s housemate, Uriel Anita Ngozi Oputa, popularly known as Uriel BBNaija, says she wishes Tuesday is declared as public holiday, so that people who laughed at Davido’s wife, Chioma Rowland, will watch her in adoration on their wedding day.
The couple shared their pre-wedding photos online over the weekend, ahead of their wedding.
The Afrobeats star had particularly shared the pictures on his Instagram account with the hashtag #CHIVIDO2024.
Davido had last week Tuesday confirmed his upcoming wedding to his partner, Chioma.
According to reports, Chioma and Davido’s traditional wedding is scheduled to take place in Lagos on June 25, 2024.g
Many had mocked Chioma online, over her troubled relationship with the international act, with the most recent being someone who wrote that she hopes Davido will no longer cheat on her, after the wedding announcement.
In a post on her Instagram page, Uriel described the bride-to-be as a “peaceful person”.
“Genuinely happy for Chioma. Such a peaceful person. O clout, her maturity is 100 percent. Some people laughing at her will be watching her in adoration. Literally feel like Tuesday should be public holiday. Let’s not act like we didn’t see her snap back. 3 kids o,” she wrote.
The couple is blessed with a set of twin. They lost their first child, Ifeanyi, in a swimming pool accident in 2022.
