The headquarters of Christ Embassy located in the Oregun area of Lagos State has been razed by fire.
The incident occurred on Sunday morning, when some of the church members were already in the premises for service.
Footages on social media showed the white beautiful edifice being consumed by a massive inferno.
Personnel of the Lagos Sate Fire and Rescue Service were said to have quickly mobilised to the scene to put out the fire.

Officers of the Lagos police command have cordoned the area, to prevent a breakdown of law and order.
Vehicular and pedestrian movement on the street where the church is located have been halted for the moment.
According to TheCable, church members said service was immediately moved to Corner Stone, an annex of the church, due to the inferno.
It was speculated that the fire was ignited by an electric spark.
The church is yet to issue a statement regarding the incident.
