The Supreme Court has affirmed the election of Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State.
The court dismissed the appeal filed against Sani’s election by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and its governorship candidate, Isah Ashiru.
Our correspondent reports that the judgment was unanimous and no cost was awarded.
The Supreme Court also delivered final judgements on gubernatorial election legal battles in 13 states, including Delta, Kebbi, Nasarawa, Delta, Ogun and Gombe, among others.
